This course will cover the main theoretical and practical aspects of the Vitrification of Oocytes and preimplantation embryos (8-cell/blastocyst). The focus will be on executing the vitrification/thawing steps with the highest degree of excellence, resulting in a high survival rate without promoting oocyte/embryo cryodamage. This is a 100% hands-on program designed to increase the level of expertise of clinical embryologists.
During the course, we will review all required steps following the Kitazato Cryotop® Method, the vitrification and thawing protocol, which is supported by the most scientifically proven evidence of successful cases today. This comprehensive protocol is tailor-made to reach optimal standards for each step, regardless of application: for oocytes, cleavage embryos, or blastocysts.
