Course Description

Project management is beyond simply creating a plan. It is about delivering results by implementing changes by defining project goals, creating a detailed project plan, allocating resources, managing risks, monitoring progress, and delivering a final product. The project managers of tomorrow must be skilled at knowing not only the different methodologies and approaches to delivering changes but also how to adapt and overcome team challenges, quickly learn new and innovative work environments, and work in diverse environments.

Advanced project management takes you beyond the methodologies and dives into the deployment and tailoring of skill sets needed to fit the dynamic projects of tomorrow.
