Course Description

This class focuses on increasing students’ conversation skills.  Students will study major grammatical components not covered in the previous levels, conversational phrases, and onomatopoeias.  In addition, we will have listening practice, reading practice and some culture studies. It also includes conversational practice with native Japanese speakers. The course will use the Japanese Conversation Conveying Feelings 180 Basic Expressions (required; its Kindle version is available on Amazon.com) and Japanese for Busy People, Volume III (optional). Textbook not included in course fee.

Notes

You must be at least 18 years old on the first day of instruction in order to enroll in this course.
