In this age we have the ability to capture data and work with it like never before. Information or Data come in various different forms. It can be qualitative, quantitative, anecdotal, in the form of stories and opinions, and experiential. All of these have a place and have the potential to unlock the path to innovation. We lean heavily on some while missing out on others. Our ability to combine, convert and synthesize data into new insights that are actionable is of paramount importance. In this workshop, we will investigate and use a variety of the tools and techniques used in User-Centric methodologies such as Design Thinking.
