107 - TIP: Interchange Plus

Course Description

Sign up for private English tutoring lessons and/or Interchange sessions with the Tutoring and Interchange Plus (TIP) program! Our tutoring lessons and/or Interchange sessions are an excellent way for students to develop their English proficiency, oral fluency, and listening comprehension.

TIP is available all-year-round on a space available basis. Students can also have TIP from the comfort of their own homes with TIP online! Schedule changes and online sessions are available upon request.

With TIP: Interchange Plus students will be able to:

• Have 50-minute conversation practice with fluent speakers of English.
• Enjoy topics of their own choice or participate in free talk.
• Decide to have 1 on 1 Interchange sessions or join with friends.
• Meet UH students and learn more about living in Hawai'i and its culture.
• Understand more about our global community.

Please note: This Interchange session is for any non-native English speaker who is 18 years or older. Scheduled sessions are set in Hawaii Standard Time. Rates vary depending on the number of participants (1 to 3).
