This free webinar delivered via Zoom is designed to give you tools that will help you cope with challenges, especially those faced as a result of the extended COVID-19 health crisis. Discover ways to stay hopeful, even while facing an uncertain future. You will learn how to use evidence-based strategies grounded in Positive Psychology that, with practice will help you develop new coping skills, improve life satisfaction, and foster hope and resilience when faced with new or prolonged challenges and adversity during our shared "new normal".
This webinar is appropriate for those who have taken Outreach College's free webinar on Cultivating Optimism and Resilience in April, as well as first timers.
