Course Description

Business Agility is more than a buzz word – it is quickly becoming the definition of survival for organizations today.  But what exactly does Business Agility mean and how do I get it?  How can I help my team and my organization in such uncertain times?

In this one-hour long webinar delivered through Zoom, the instructor will introduce you to the term Business Agility and why, with our world upturned by a global pandemic, agility for organizations can be critical to success.  We will explore the value business agility is bringing to our dynamic environments and what you can do to be agile even in times of fast-moving changes. The instructor will share ideas on how you can lead your teams and help your organizations have more agility in their approach to delivering business value.
