0105 - Collaboration & Engagement: Wherever Your Teams Are!
Course Description
As our world continues, organizations and their teams, locations, practices, and even technology and markets will also adapt and change. Employee toolsets and approaches will likewise be required to evolve, regardless of where and how the team performs the work. Connections still need to be fostered in trusting environments so that collaborative approaches to solving problems, delivering solutions, and delighting customers continue to be possible--and expected!
Gain deep insights into how to inspire teams to positively and proactively engage in projects to deliver real (and measurable) results. Techniques will be demonstrated and practiced with hands on exercises.
