The Certificate Program in Leadership and Management provides concrete skills for leading and influencing successfully in everyday work situations. Grounded in the practical aspects of day-to-day management, this three-course program helps you get a deeper understanding of your strengths and how to grow as a leader, manager, or supervisor. Taught by seasoned instructors and executives from various industries, you will develop knowledge and skills useful to a position of influence, even if you are not in a formal management role.

Certificate Requirements
The Certificate of Completion in Leadership and Management will be awarded to individuals who completed at least three elective courses.
Certificate Request
Once you have completed the certificate coursework, notify Outreach College's Continuing and Professional Programs to request your certificate. Send an email to hagal@hawaii.edu or call (808) 956-9249. After your record has been reviewed, your certificate will be emailed to you.
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for the Certificate Program in Leadership and Management, but a bachelor's degree is recommended.
Cost
Each course is priced individually, and you pay the course fee at the time of enrollment. You will receive a 10% discount when signing up for three or more courses at the same time. The discount will be applied at checkout.
